Getting Started
To help us better support your spatial profiling research, we ask that researchers new to spatialomics or interested in switching to a new technology complete the project intake form below. This form provides us with essential information about your project, research goals, and technical needs.
Overview of the Project Intake Form
- General sample information (i.e., species, tissue type, etc.)
- Spatial technology you are interested in
- Brief project description and spatial question
- Bioinformatic support
Once you’ve submitted the form, a UMGC or UIC scientist will contact you within 1-2 days to schedule an initial consultation. Given the complexity and cost of spatial profiling experiments, we require an initial consultation to assist you in the planning and design of your study.
